I do not, and will never, sell any of your personal data.
When we discuss your situation with you, including possibly advising you, we will ask for information about yourself and possibly about your child or children. Some of this information is likely to be sensitive data, including health data. We will rely upon your explicit consent, demonstrated by giving us the data, to enable us to process the data.
We will use this data solely for advising you. We will not disclose the information to anyone else without your prior consent. In very unlikely circumstances we may share your information with another health professional if yours or your children’s health is immediately at risk. This will always be discussed with you.
The organisations we use to store our data may hold the data outside the UK and EEA.
You have the following rights:
The right to ask for a copy of personal data that I hold about you (the right of access).
The right to request that I delete personal data held on you; where I no longer have any legal reason to retain it (the right of erasure or to be forgotten) – please note, this may cause a contract to be cancelled, if the information requested to be deleted is required for said contract.
The right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that we hold about you (the right of rectification).
The right to opt out of any marketing communications that I may send you and to object to me using / holding your personal data if I have no legitimate reasons to do so (the right to object).
The right (in certain circumstances) to ask me to ‘restrict processing of data’, which means that I would need to secure and retain the data for your benefit but not otherwise use it (the right to restrict processing).
The right (in certain circumstances) to ask me to supply you with some of the personal data I hold about you in a structured machine-readable format and/or to provide a copy of the data in such a format to another organisation (the right to data portability).
